Welcome to the page where you can get all the information required to enter the Miss Northeast Arkansas' Outstanding Teen Pageant. The Miss NEA Outstanding Teen pageant is open to young ladies who live or attend school in the following counties: Clay, Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Fulton, Greene, Independence, Jackson, Lawrence, Lee, Mississippi, Monroe, Phillips, Poinsett, Randolph, Sharp, St. Francis, and Woodruff.  A contestant must be at least 13 years old on the date of the local pageant (Sept 19th) and no more than a 17 year old high school junior on the date of the local pageant.  A 17 year old high school senior must compete in the Miss Pageant.

ENTRY DEADLINE:  SEPTEMBER 11TH

Be sure and follow the steps below. We strongly encourage you to follow the instructions found on the Miss Teen Arkansas website to the letter.  The documents listed below are required in addition to those found at the Miss Teen Arkansas website.

Documents required to enter the 2010 Northeast Arkansas' Outstanding Teen Pageant.  In order to solve confusion issues about which forms are needed, please follow the steps listed below.  If unsure, print it and fill it out.  It is better to have too much than not enough.

To enter the pageant, you MUST do the Following:

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these forms. This program can be obtained free at this link. You may go there and download the forms or download them from our site.  You may also open the documents and type your information directly into the form. Follow the instructions appropriate to your choice. Adobe Acrobat will also allow you to save completed forms; however, Adobe Reader will not.  The Miss Northeast Arkansas Pageant Association does not require, nor do we endorse your purchase of these products in order to use the features of these forms.

To download these documents: Right-click on the link and select Save Target As and save it to your local computer.
To type directly into the form: Open the document by left-clicking on the link. Type your information in the form. Tab to navigate through the document. If you are using Acrobat Reader, you will not be able to save the form with the changes, so be sure and completely fill out the document and print it before you close the file.
To print a blank form: Left-click on the link to open the document and select Print.

1. Complete and Print the Information Cover Sheet and Queen's Contract Intention Form. These are found above.  These should be the 1st forms in your packet.

2. Go to the Miss Teen Arkansas Website, http://www.missteenarkansas.org where you will find all the necessary forms and instructions. Complete the required forms on the computer, note verifications required, read Local and State Pageant Contract, make sure you qualify, complete the form, sign, date, and notarize this form.  Do attach residency verification form.  Complete the Indemnity & Release Form, sign, date, and notarize.

3.  Fill out the Official Resume and Platform Issue.  Be sure to be specific when filling these out, as they will be referred to by the judges during your interview.  Must be typed.  **SPECIAL NOTE**  Pay close attention to number 3 in the instructions given in pageant details letter located above.  **SPECIAL NOTE**

4. Secure a sponsor for the pageant. It may be a business, club, or parents. You will need to get a check from them for $75 payable to the Northeast Arkansas Pageant Association.

5. Enclose a portrait picture of you. WAIST UP, OR HEAD AND SHOULDERS (billfold size or larger) to be reproduced in the program. It will be returned to you.

7. Copy of School Transcript

8. Release Form - which can be obtained from Teen Director - for contestants presently holding a title.  You & your parents sign, give to your local director to sign and send in.
