Once again, this year in conjunction with the NEA Pageants, we conducted a Princess in
Training Program. Young ladies from across the area gathered to learn about etiquette, manners, and several of the
duties and responsibilities of being a princess.
They worked to
learn about the importance of keeping their "castle" clean, those important
"Magic Kingdom" words of Please and Thank You, how to curtsy, and began work on
their production number to be presented during the pageant. They put all
this training to practical use during their Tea Party.
They also learned the Princess Pledge, and
worked on production and on stage activities for the pageant. They also looked beautiful for the camera as they had
photos taken at Schlosser Photography.
Saturday - THE BIG DAY. Princesses performed to the popular hit "YMCA", received their crowns during the
pageant, took the Princess Pledge, and performed their production number.
The princesses were also used during the evening gown phases of competition to
present a rose to each of the contestants.
Congratulations to each of the young ladies who participated and a special
THANK YOU to their families for allowing them to participate.
Photos will be coming soon!!
